The online repository associated with the HEDGE-IoT deliverable D3.2 ‘HEDGE-IoT Interfaces and Tools for Interoperability’ contains a number of interoperability enablers that are categorized in semantic models, semantic tools and semantic middleware. The online repository is a live artefact that is updated during the project, therefore, more interoperability enablers could be added in later stages.

The interoperability enablers are building blocks that can be used to build and deploy interoperable solutions. These building blocks can be used individually or combined together. For example, a certain platform can be made interoperable, for example, by combining various interoperability enablers as follow: 1) SAREF, as a semantic model, with 2) the EDC data space connector and the Knowledge Engine as semantic middleware, and 3) the Semantic Treehouse (or the ODC tester, or both) as Semantic tools.
